Please refer to the 'Iona Lighting Information Guide' for all lighting, DLP and music requirements/availability at Iona Performing Arts Centre. 

 

Lighting sheets, Music and DLP's are due no later than the weekend of 4th & 5th May, 2019 by 11.59pm. 

See dates and times below for when specific pre-registration tasks are due on myStage.  No late files will be accepted.

DLP's (mp4), Music (mp3) & Prop Risk Assessments are due by Saturday 4th May ,11.59pm

(If coaches have problems uploading to myStage - each club may hand in their DLP's on one USB at the CAQI meeting on May 4th.)

Lighting Cue Sheets are due by Sunday 5th May, 11.59pm

 

Stage will be marked out at 10m wide to the side curtains and 9m deep from front line to the back wall.

(If any changes are made to the lighting available, CAQI will inform coaches as soon as information comes to hand.)

Note: If you are using a hand prop then a risk assessment must be uploaded to myStage.
